Ultimate You Challenge – Body Overhaul


The ‘Ultimate You Challenge’ is an 9 week body overhaul. Whatever your fitness goals – this is the challenge to change your mindset and lifestyle. Small Group training (maximum 5 people) will undertake 4 exercise sessions per week – 3 with me and 1 homework task set by me. I will also provide you with a booklet designed to help with your nutrition. Roughly 80% of wellbeing depends what you put in your mouth – along with keeping the body active.


The Ultimate You Challenge will consist of 4 sessions of exercise per week : –

– 1 Metafit HIIT session – which will disturb the metabolic balance – firing it up to keep fat burning for up to 24 hours after you exercise.

– 2 Weights Circuit Session – we need to do some resistance training to promote healthy bones and build lean muscle whilst burning fat.


– Homework Session will be set by me and to be done over the weekend between workouts with me. Why not team up – it’s always more fun working out with a friend – and you are also more accountable.

Bodyweight and key fitness indicators will be measured and targetted at the start of the program. Regular progress updates will challenge and motivate you along the 9 week overhaul.

Challenge Starts – week Commencing Monday 25th July 2016 and finishing week commencing 12th September 2016. 8 weeks in total.

Price per person $250 payable in 2 easy payment – payment 1 – week 1 – week 5 $156.25, Payment 2 – week 6 – week 8 $93.75.
Alternatively you can pay all 8 weeks in advance.
