Classes run in school term time – next term starts 9th October and runs for 10 weeks. $30 per week unlimited classes.

Metafit – Metafit is a style of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels; get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. It gets results because it creates a Metabolic Disturbance. Increases your Resting Metabolic Rate. Increases Fat Burning.

MetaPWR – MetaPWR is a new metabolic workout using functional kit and exercises mixed with the unique brand of metafit timings, commands and music for a 30 minute power workout that can be done anywhere with minimal equipment.

Bootcamp – Bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves. Bootcamp is done outdoors rain, or shine!

Weights Circuits – Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 40 seconds x 4 or 5 then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), when 4/5 x 40s is done – everyone moves to the next station. Classes alternate between aerobic activity (like stepping or stationary cycling) with a muscle-strengthening activity (like using weight machines).

Metafit / MetaPWR and Bootcamp Sessions are done outdoors, whilst the Weights Circuit Class is done in a Studio Gym.

Bootcamp and Weights Circuits are both run for 45 minutes.

Metafit and MetaPWR  are 30 minute Classes.

Bookings are essential for the Weights Program, with a maximum number per class to ensure personal attention to technique and ability. All exercises can be modified.

You do not have to book for Bootcamp, Metafit and MetaPWR – although it is advisable to commit to certain classes in order that you create a sustainable routine, and also become accountable to others in your class.

Casual Class Price  : Metafit / Metapwr  – $10.  Bootcamp / Weights – $15.

$30 per week must be paid in advance for the term in either one or two easy payments done via invoice from CK1Fitness.
